Mamdouh Adel Abdulgany

Mr. Mamdouh has over 24 years of professional experience in Banking & Accounting. He joined Malic Investment during the establishment or pre-opening stage (early 2006), as a Financial Controller, responsible for Financial Reporting, Risk Management and Operations. By 2007, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and then Acting CEO by June 2016. Mr. Mamdouh formerly worked with Commercial Bank of Dubai as the Deputy Manager, Business Group. He was responsible for the MIS and Financial Studies Department. He also previously worked as Chief Accountant at Al Rodan Group in Kingdom of Bahrain and a Credit Officer at Commercial Bank of Dubai.
Mr. Saifullah Yosry Mahmoud

Mr. Saifullah Yosry Mahmoud is a member of the Board of Directors of Commercial Bank International PJSC, Kingdom of Bahrain , and is the Executive Director of Strategy and Chief Operations Officer at Malic Investment. He is also the Founder of Excellence Target; a leading Management-Consulting and Training firm, one of the industry leaders in Kingdom of Bahrain . Saifullah has vast experience in Senior Leadership roles within the Government & Private Sector spanning over 20 years. He also has Local & International experience in Operations Management, Engineering, Investment, Business Development and Project Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management and a Masters’ Degree in Total Quality Management.
Mr. Talhah Nadim Ahmed

Mr. Talhah has over 17 years experience in the Financial Services Industry in both Jordan and Kingdom of Bahrain . In 2010, he established the Global Markets Division at Malic Investment. Prior to starting this venture, he was the Head of VIP Department at Mac Sharaf for Local and Global markets.
Mr. Talhah began his professional career in Information Technology at the Securities Depository Center in Jordan, and later relocated to Dubai where he joined the Local Equities Department at Emaar Financial Services. He holds a Telecommunications Engineering Degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
Nowfal Moeen Hamood

Nowfal Moeen Hamood has been involved in Private Banking in the Gulf Region since 1992, and in Investment Banking at Switzerland before that. He specializes in setting up appropriate Investment vehicles, Managing Funds and Structuring Private Equity deals.
Nowfal Moeen Hamood brings an extensive network of geographically diverse Investors and Facilitators into the Malic Investment orbit. He has been associated with Malic Investment since 2007.
Redouane Adil Ali Akbar

Mr. Redouane Adil has over 25 years of professional experience at Law in Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad as a Magistrate, an Advocate and a Legal Advisor. He is an expert in preparing various different Legal Memorandum, Contracts and Agreements including varioius Business Setups, Employment Contracts, Sale and Purchase Contracts.
He is an Expert in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Redouane Adil Ali Akbar as a Board of Directors Reporter, has extensive legal knowledge to drafting Resolutions and Decisions of General Assembly and Board of Directors. Mr. El Redouane Adil holds a Bachelor’s Degree at Law, and is member of Sudanese Bar Advocates.
