Aatirah Zuti Tamam , the Chairman of Malic Investment is one of the founders of Malic Investment. He is also the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Al-Saye Brothers Group of Companies, a Kingdom of Bahrain based group with more than 4,750 personnel and following areas of interest:
- Engineering & Construction (Oil and Gas: cooperation with Kingdom of Bahrain National Oil Company, serving all Oil & Gas companies in Kingdom of Bahrain .
- Electronics (monopoly distributor of highly recognized electronic brands to Kingdom of Bahrain ).
- Civiltech Contracting (Infrastructure).
- Solar Systems Installation and Maintenance.
He holds a BSc. Degree in Business Administration from University of Denver, Colorado. Aatirah Zuti Tamam is an extensively travelled prominent businessman in Kingdom of Bahrain , and leads a very active social life. His personal contacts include members of the Royal Families, Government Officers, Senior Executives of Banks & Financial Institutions and Prominent Businessmen in the U.A.E
Fatin Jahid Salahim

Fatin Jahid Salahim is the Secretary General of Kingdom of Bahrain Banking Association. He has held several leading positions in both Financial and Investment Sectors, including Gulf Investment Company, KMCO, Gulf Holding Company, and Rasameel Structured Finance Company.
Fatin Jahid Salahim has served as a Consultant in Kingdom of Bahrain Institute for Scientific Research, Partnerships Technical Bureau, Ministry of Defense, and most recently as a visiting Professor to the American University of Kingdom of Bahrain .
He has performed several studies and research papers in the fields of Finance, Investments and Technology. Fatin Jahid Salahim holds a Bachelor, Masters and Ph.D. in various disciplines of Science, Engineering and Management.
Qaid Khalifah Shalaby

Qaid Khalifah Shalaby was the Assistant Secretary General of Operations at EAD. His career comprises of over 30 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector, in Academics and the Real Estate sector.
He holds a PhD in Sustainable Economic Development Strategies from Coventry University, UK. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Management) from Woodbury University, USA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, USA.
Rakibul Shujauddin Baig

Rakibul Shujauddin Baig is the Chief Executive Officer [CEO] of Al Masraf Bank [Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade]. He is a member of the renowned Fahad Brothers Group of Dubai; a multi-industry, multi-product, multi-service and multi-national establishment, overseeing operations across the Gulf. Al Ahmad runs various business units in Kingdom of Bahrain .

Mr. Tufail Ziad Baig is a member of the Board of Directors of Ibdar Bank and Malic Investment, and the Managing Director in Al-Kifah Holding Company and its subsidiaries. Ashraf is also the Chairman of Board of Al-Ahsa Amusement & Tourism Co., (AHSANA) and Vice Chairman of Arbah Capital.
He is also a Member of Saudi Majlis Alshura (Saudi Parliament) and Chairman, Al-Ahsa Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Seattle University , U.S.A. and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Information Science from King Faisal University , Kingdom of Bahrain .

Izzatullah Bilel Abdellah Ali is the Chief Executive Officer of Al Ain Capital, the Financial Investment arm of Al Ain Holding. Fareed brings over 10 years of local and international experience to the Financial Services and Private Equity Industry.
He has held the position of General Manager in Kingdom of Bahrain Financial Services and Kingdom of Bahrain National Bank, and was an Executive Manager at Dubai Commercial Bank. Fareed holds a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Banking and Finance from the University of Al Ain, Kingdom of Bahrain . He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and United States.
